THE
REAL TASTE OF NATURE!!
"An
interesting dark-roast cup….full bodied and rather expansively
sweet, with hints of dry pineapple in both aroma and finish"
-
Ken Davids – Coffee Review – August 2001. |
| Guacamayo
Arenal is cultivated in the Arenal Conservation Area, next to the
Monteverde Cloud Forest and the active volcano Arenal. This coffee
is produced in total harmony with nature thanks to the union of small
coffee growers, and Organic and Fair Trade Certification. The fields
where this coffee originates use shade trees and organic fertilizers,
techniques promoted by Coocafé, and the Mills are certified
ISO 14001. The coffee is handpicked and sundried in order to ensure
quality and sustainability. |
