Colina is produced by Coope El Dos
in the mountains of Monteverde and the Arenal Conservation Area
at an altitude of between 1,000 and 1,200 meters. The Mill where
the coffee is processed is certified by ISO 9002 Quality Standards
and ISO 14001 Environmental Standards. Adding the Fair Trade certification,
shade trees, and the use of different types of organic fertilizers
in the coffee plantations, La Colina is a guaranteed sustainable
belnd of high quality coffee. |
