CAFÉ
DIRIÁ COFFEE TOUR |

| Coope
Pilangosta offers an impressive tour, fully in English
and Spanish, where visitors can learn and see with their
own eyes how coffee is grown and processed. |
|
| In
November 2003, Coopepilangosta began their latest diversification
initiative, the Café Diriá Coffee Tour,
to encourage economic and environmental development to
benefit both the associates, members of the community,
and the growing number of tourists who are visiting the
Guanacaste region. |

|
| |
| |
|
 |
| At
the mill, Planta Beneficiadora Matambú, guests
are able to observe the receipt of the coffee, how it
is washed, dried and processed, and all of the steps that
Coope Pilangosta is taking in order to protect the environment
and deliver a quality product. |
|
|
| What
is more, Coope Pilangosta has constructed a Rancho on
site where visitors can spend a night or two, listen to
traditional music and participate in traditional culture,
as well as enjoy local delicacies. |
